Jeff Wilson
Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of Sabre Strategic Partners Jeff oversees and delivers on innovation, efficiencies and effectiveness, employee and client engagement, and the overall brand strategy.
Furthermore, Jeff strives to define and find partnerships with carriers, other advisors and advisory groups, and most importantly clients.
Jeff lives in Burlington with his wife Julie, their three children, and a mini golden doodle, Abby.
Stephen Toale
Partner
When not busy with clients, Steve spends time on the golf course or gathering with friends and family (except during a pandemic).
Steve resides in Brampton with his wife Anne-Marie as empty nesters while their 3 adult boys live in Mississauga, Orangeville, and London (England). Steve is happiest when spending time with his granddaughter.
Nancy Sorichetti
Group Benefits
For the past 15 years, Nancy has enhanced a number of businesses inside Sabre Strategic Partners. Today she works to construct and price our corporate clients’ group benefits packages.
She does this through an ongoing process that allows Sabre to deliver a comprehensive benefits plan, priced competitively, for the long term.
Nancy lives with her partner Paola and their son Nolan in the Beaches.
Elish Toale
Client Services
Elish joined Sabre Strategic Partners in 2010. Before this, she served as a senior customer relationship manager for group benefits at a major Canadian financial institution.
Using that experience Elish provides premium customer service to Sabre’s clients. Her ability to relate and understand group benefits and human resources issues have transformed her into an extension of the companies Sabre serves.
Elish lives in Georgetown with her husband Paul.
Colin Tyler
Retirement Planning
Colin joined Sabre Strategic partners in 2015 but has been in the industry since his university days. During his first summer at the University of Western Ontario Colin began interning in financial services and after university was able to find employment at Canada’s largest bank.
At Sabre Colin’s expertise in wealth and risk management is a key component to our Discovery and Design processes for our clients.
When not crunching numbers and assisting Sabre clients Colin spends time playing golf, soccer, and hockey and has an unhealthy obsession with the Maple Leafs and the Tennessee Titans.
He is married and lives in Alliston.
Aliya Janson
Client Service
Aliya joined the Sabre Strategic team in 2014. Prior to her time with SSP she held various roles in project management, specializing in productivity and collaboration as well as managing a client service team.
Aliya manages all operations, marketing and communication strategies at Sabre and is integral to all internal processes.
When not keeping the employees of SSP in line she can be found wrangling in her three sons Aydin, Josh, and Sami as well as her husband John in Stouffville.
