When putting together a benefits, wellness, and group retirement strategy for our clients we go through a exhaustive Discovery Process to understand the corporate culture, long term business strategy, and goals and limitations of the overall human resources strategy. This step is imperative to understand if there is a fit between client and Sabre Strategic Partners.
Once the full Discovery Process is complete SSP will develop a long-term and sustainable strategy focusing on the employee experience, and building a customized solution within the parameters set by our client. It is at this point where we will introduce the entire shelf of holistic and specific solutions for the client to consider.
This part of the process is ongoing. We will ensure that both HR and employees are fully in the loop for implementation but our strategy is a constant evolution of what our clients want and need and what we recommend to make their employee experience better. Benefits, pensions, HR solutions, Wellness, etc.
